Coach Home

coach home

Coach Homes are 2 story walkup buildings with 4 to 12 units per building. The building design is more unique with access to each home from the ground floor with a distinct entrance. Unlike a town home these units are two-story but you live either upstairs or downstairs. This product ranges in living area size from 1,400 to 2,400 square feet. The upstairs units normally have more square feet of living area as they usually extend above most of the garage space. In addition most upstairs units have cathedral or vaulted ceilings.

Parking is a 1 or 2-car attached garage with access from the interior of the home or from a covered walkway, allowing easy access between the garage and the entrance of the home.

The pricing for these homes ranges from affordable to moderate based on the location of the home and community. This type of product is typically found in master planned, master planned golf and bundled golf communities

The exterior of the home as well as all landscaping are maintained through a homeowner’s association.

Consider an exclusive buyer-broker who will represent only you, not the sellers. Nonexclusive real-estate agents tend to show you their own listings first, since they won't have to share the commission if they represent both the buyer and the seller. Then they'll probably show you their firm's listings, since they stand to gain from those sales as well. It can help to search online first and target some homes that might be right for you, no matter who has the listing.!

The last thing you want to do is walk into an open house and start blabbing how much you can afford to the agent who has listed the house. That agent owes his or her allegiance to the seller and only the seller. If you're negotiating with a pro, you ought to have a pro in your corner, too.  Get an advocate on your side.  It's commonplace now for buyers to sign up their own agents to represent their interests in a deal. Look for a buyer's broker who will represent you and only you.
