Attached Villas are single story buildings with 2 to 6 units per building, similar to a duplex, sharing common walls with separate and attached one or two car garages with access from the interior of the home. Their primary advantage is that they have the feel of a single family home and are on one level. These homes range in living area from 1,600 to 2,000 square feet. The pricing for these homes ranges from affordable to moderate based on the location of the home and community. This type of product is typically found in master planned, master planned golf and bundled golf communities. The exterior of the home as well as all landscaping are maintained through a homeowner’s association.
